What is the suggested age range for a My Happy Journal?

Our suggested age range is between 5-11.
We do have customers out with this range as each person is unique. If you are unsure on the suitability for your child, please do get in touch, we are happy to send a few extra images so you can be confident with your purchase. 

I am interested in discussing a Wholesale order how do I discuss rates?
We would be delighted to discuss a retail or school wholesale order. Please send an email to Hello@MyHappyJournal.com and we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the rates.

What payment methods are accepted by My Happy Journal?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal and Apple pay.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders within 48 - 72 hours on receipt of order. For example, the majority of week day orders are shipped within 24 - 48 hours. However, orders places on a Friday may not be dispatched until a Monday or earliest Royal Mail Post office opening date after order.

UK orders are shipped using second class postage so should be with you within 5 - 7 working days of order. 
International orders take longer and depend on the country of destination. We recommend allowing 28 days for international orders.

Please note during the festive period we do suggest allowing slightly longer for your delivery. We regularly update our homepage with shipping timings. 

My order hasn’t arrived.
If you have any questions about your order, please send an e-mail (Hello@MyHappyJournal.com). Please mention your order number so that we can answer your question as quickly as possible.

My order was damaged during shipping. What can I do?
We take the greatest of care to ensure all orders arrive perfectly. If however, your order has been damage in transit, please send us an email to Hello@MyHappyJournal.com with some photographs showing the damage packaging and damaged item.

Will I receive an invoice and confirmation of shipping ?
Immediately after placing your order you will receive an e-mail with an overview of your order. You will also receive an email when your order has been shipped. You will not receive an invoice. If an invoice is required please send us an email and we can issue an invoice (Hello@MyHappyJournal.com)

Can I change the shipping address after order conformation, I made a mistake?
If you would like to amend an order that has not be processed or dispatched we will aim to amend the shipping details. We can not guarantee they can be changed. Please send an email to Hello@MyhappyJournal.com if you require an amendment to your order. 

Can I return a purchase?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns at this time. All sales are final.
